Privacy Policy
This policy covers this website of Renewable Residences, LLC (“we”, “us”). Private company. Not a government program, not your utility.
What we collect
- Your answers in the estimate: state, address, whether you own the home, the kind of property, your average electric bill, your utility and buyback plan (in some states), and the age of your roof.
- Your contact details, when you send the form: your name, phone number and email.
- Where you came from: the first page you opened, the website that sent you, and ad tags in the link (such as UTM tags and the Facebook click ID). If you opt out, we don’t send the Facebook click ID or Meta browser IDs with your request.
- Your choices: whether you closed the cookie notice and whether you opted out of sharing for ads.
Why we use it
To prepare your estimate and your plan for our three packages, to call you and email you about it, and to measure which of our ads bring people to us.
Who we share it with
- Our customer database. When you send the form, your answers, contact details and the plan go to the system our team uses to call you back.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, to measure our ads: the pages you visit here, that you asked for an estimate, browser and ad-click IDs, and — with a request — your email and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form. Only if you haven’t opted out and your browser doesn’t send a Global Privacy Control signal. Several state laws call this a “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out on Your Privacy Choices.
Your browser
Your answers stay in this browser tab (session storage) so you can go back and forward; they are cleared when you close the tab or start a new estimate. The cookie notice and your privacy choice are saved in your browser’s storage and in a small cookie that only records the choice.
Calls and email
When you ask for an estimate, we call you by hand, during calling hours in your state. We don’t text, and we don’t use autodialers. We email you your plan. Tell us at any time that you don’t want more calls or email, and we stop.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising. Some states give you more rights; we answer requests as the law of your state requires. To make a request, email [email protected] or call (555) 000-2322.
