The people on your roof work for us.
No subcontractors, in any state. Every roof hole flashed and sealed, with a written warranty from us: 25 years.

From your address to switch-on
Five steps. Your plan comes right after your details, and nothing is signed until you have read the whole agreement.
Your plan
A few questions about your home and your bill. Your plan for all three packages shows right after your details.
Our call
We call you within one business day, by hand, within your state’s calling hours, and go over your plan.
Roof snapshot and design
We check your roof from satellite images and design your system.
Your written proposal
One price, in writing. Take it home, no rush. If you sign at home, federal law gives you 3 business days to cancel (FTC Cooling-Off Rule); in Texas, 5.
Install and switch-on
Our own crew installs it, and the system starts after the utility approves the connection. From contract to switch-on: up to a month.
Who covers what, in plain words
The makers cover their equipment. We cover the installation and every hole we make in your roof.
Manufacturer warranties apply under each maker’s terms. Some — Tesla, FranklinWH, REC ProTrust — require a certified installer and product registration; ask us about it before you sign, and check the final warranty documents.

Straight answers
Do I own the system?
Yes. You buy it and it is yours from day one. No lease, no PPA, no one else’s equipment on your roof.
Is Renewable Residences connected to the government or my utility?
No. We’re a private company from Missouri. We are not a utility, not a government program, and not connected to either.
What does it cost?
Our three packages start from $15,500 (Basic), $20,500 (Optimal) and $34,500 (Premium) for the complete system, installed, before any state incentives. The prices are the same in every state we serve. Your exact price comes in writing, after we check your roof.
What does “$0 for electricity” mean?
We size your system so it makes the power your home uses, at today’s prices. Fixed utility charges still apply; a design goal, not a guarantee. Where your utility’s rules limit the system size, your plan says so and shows what’s left to pay.
Is there still a federal tax credit for home solar?
No. The federal 25D credit ended for home systems installed after December 31, 2025 (IRS). Our numbers don’t include it. Some states have their own incentives; your plan names them separately, and they aren’t in our numbers.
Who installs outside Texas?
Our own crews, in every state we serve. We don’t hand your roof to subcontractors.
Can the rules for solar change later?
Yes. Utilities and regulators set how you are paid for power you send back, and they can change it. Nobody can promise those rules for 25 years, and we won’t.
